Per tots \u00e9s conegut el temut s\u00edndrome postvacional que acostuma a apar\u00e8ixer just el primer dia d\u2019incorporaci\u00f3 a la feina i fins i tot pot sorgir els darrers dies de les nostres vacances. Aquest s\u00edndrome no deixa de ser l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 a un nou canvi. Es produeix una nova situaci\u00f3 en el nostre dia a dia i cal que ens adaptem de nou. Hi ha persones m\u00e9s flexibles que per a ells no significa res la tornada a la rutina, en canvi hi ha gent que aquesta adaptaci\u00f3 li costa m\u00e9s. Pels nens es igualment aplicable ja que per a ells el canvi es produeix de la mateixa manera, passen de no anar a l\u2019escola a fer una jornada de classes, deures\u00a0 i extraescolars d\u2019una manera for\u00e7a sobtada.<\/p>\n<h4>Com podem saber que estem patint aquest s\u00edndrome?<\/h4>\n<p>Alguns dels s\u00edmptomes que es presenten tant en infants com adults poden ser mals de cap, insomni, irritabilitat, tristesa, poca energia, trastorns digestius.<\/p>\n<p>Des de Psico2 us volem donar uns petits consells per fer-vos m\u00e9s portable la incorporaci\u00f3 a la vostra vida laboral i poder ajudar als petits de la casa:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Us recomanem que intenteu planificar la tornada de les vacances, a vegades \u00e9s millor fer dos intervals de 15 dies que no pas marxar durant un mes.<\/li>\n<li>Plantejar-nos objectius a curt termini a la feina ens ajudar\u00e0 a motivar-nos per encarar la tornada de vacances amb dinamisme.<\/li>\n<li>Preveure uns dies abans de la tornada que caldr\u00e0 canviar els horaris, alimentaci\u00f3 i en general els nostres h\u00e0bits. Si instal\u00b7lem tot aix\u00f2 de manera progressiva a les nostres vides el principi no se\u2019ns far\u00e0 tant sobtat.<\/li>\n<li>No oblidar-nos de planificar objectius d\u2019oci a curt termini. \u00c9s important que una vegada iniciada l\u2019activitat laboral\/escolar no ens oblidem de dedicar-nos a aquelles petites coses que ens proporcionen benestar (quedar amb amics, llegir, jugar, fer becaines, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Instaurar bons h\u00e0bits alimentaris. Menjar sa sempre ajuda a sentir-nos millor i amb energia suficient per fer front a les noves responsabilitats.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019exercici ens ajudar\u00e0 molt en aquesta nova adaptaci\u00f3 proporcionant-nos bons moments i sensacions, desconnexi\u00f3 de les nostres ocupacions i ens far\u00e0 sentir-nos millor amb nosaltres mateixos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Val a dir que aquest s\u00edndrome acostuma a durar entre una setmana i deu dies, si el malestar continua \u00e9s recomanable, si es vol, demanar ajuda a un psic\u00f2leg per poder gestionar el que ens passa i descartar d\u2019altres dificultats en la nostra vida.<\/p>\n<p>Equip de Psico2 psicologia i psicopedagogia<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ha arribat setembre i amb ell moltes tornades de vacances i les incorporacions de molta gent a la vida laboral.
